Southwest Airlines (LUV) released strong operating results for October. RPMs (revenue passenger miles) rose 10.8% y-o-y to 10.0 bn in October, а load factor increased 2.8 pps to 85.9%. For the first ten months of 2015 RPMs jumped 8.3% y-o-y to 90.3 bn YTD, а load factor climbed 1.0 pp to 83.9%. Busy time of Christmas holidays, involving higher demand for air travel, is coming. I believe that traffic will continue to increase in the near future, which will positively affect the company’s financial performance and boost Southwest shares. I rate the name as a Buy in the mid-term. $LUV, Southwest Airlines Company / 1440
